Such a great opportunity to spend the day with the Chamber of Commerce today and even network with other powerful ladies in the community.

“Shop for Free” program after service in the banquet hall. Please come with a reusable or disposable grocery bag to receive any needed items! 

Donations are most welcome! Food, clothing items, electronics. This is our FHMIC grocery store 🛒 and we stand together! ❤️💕 
 

Community Health Day

The church had the opportunity to host a community health day. The community was tested, treated, and could sign up for health care during the health day. After food was provided, the community stayed and mingled at the church. Everyone left with a $75 grocery gift card.   

Community Outreach

The youth and the homeless were fed for free! Join us every Thursday or support us with food, drinks, hygiene supplies, clothes, coats, shoes, volunteer hours and even your partnership in finances and peer support training so that we can do more!

“For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink, I was a stranger and you brought Me together with yourselves and welcomed and entertained and lodged Me, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me with help and ministering care, I was in prison and you came to see Me.” Matthew 25:35 - 36

Leadership Breakfast

By the grace of God we managed to attend a leadership breakfast meeting this morning where the Renton Mayor was in attendance and presented the plans of the city. Such a previlege to participate in this event so that we can serve better and learn ways to improve our community outreach efforts through the eyes of God as we share the vision with the city.

Collaboration with Set Apart Soccer

We collaborated to put on a soccer tournament fundraiser for the church and we also ran a soccer clinic the night before and it all was a ton of fun. The Lord showed off as the church hands came together, the weather exceeded expectations, and participants were blown away at the experience.
To God be the glory!!!

Leadership Summit

By the grace of God we managed to participate a leadership summit today with the Renton business, community and city leaders. Great connections and networks that will last a life time! May the Lord be glorified in all seasons as He is opening permanent doors that no man can shut!

We had a previlege to also meet Doug Baldwin, Wide Receiver for the Seattle Seahawks for 8 years who was a key note speaker! 

I pray that the Lord will connect you to people in high places for His glory and you shall have fruitful connections with them in Jesus mighty name!

Church Reconstruction

Praising the Lord for so much love and effort that has been poured out into the Renton church building. Remember that life is a journey and never despise humble beginnings. I praise the Lord for our sons and daughters who tirelessly show up to make sure that all the work is being done. And we are getting there!
